Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping Policy

We are located in Tampa Bay, Florida.  Local pickup is available if it is more convenient for you.  Please notify us BEFORE you pay for your item.  We DO combine shipping on multiple item orders and automatically make refunds on shipping overcharges exceeding $1.00.


We ship items first class mail whenever possible.  If the weight exceeds first class limits we will ship  either USPS the least expensive way or UPS if you prefer.  If you wish to insure your purchase, again, PLEASE let us know BEFORE you pay for your purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.  Shipping addresses are downloaded as you input them and are not re-typed.  Any shipments returned to us for a wrong address or as undeliverable for any reason will require you to pay an additional shipping fee, or you may elect to cancel the order.  If you want to cancel the order we will only refund  the purchase price, not the original shipping fee charged.  If you want the shipping address updated and re-sent, it may require that your order is canceled and you may have to repurchase the item(s) with the correct address.


For shipments outside the U.S., you are responsible to pay any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. If they apply to your purchase, import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the  destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges. 
All Sale and Clearance items are final and not subject to our return policy.

If you have a problem with your purchase we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.  We MAY accept refunds, to be determined on a case-to-case basis.  We attempt to package all items so they will not arrive damaged or broken.  If your item arrives in a damaged condition please notify us immediately.  We recommend you insure your purchase.  We DO NOT PAY return shipping.  If we determine a refund is due, it will be issued when we receive the returned item.

Refunds may only be issued if the item(s) have been received by the purchaser.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.  We recommend insuring your purchase. 

For our European Union Customers please be aware that Under the EU’s distance selling laws, as a buyer you have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting us within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment you receive the product, rather than at the time of purchase. Within that time frame, you can change your mind and return product(s) without providing a reason. When we receive the returned item, we will refund your purchase price and the original shipping.  Again, we DO NOT PAY return shipping.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order for any reason PLEASE notify us as quickly as possible.  We attempt to furnish customers with a quick turn-around on shipping, so notice after day 2, most of the time even day 1, may be too late to cancel shipment
